Can you help with a question about phased returns to work

Discussion in 'Health and wellbeing' started by altobunny, Feb 23, 2011.

  1. If you return to work on a gradually increasing basis after a period of sickness, as agreed with Occupational Health, are you paid your full salary or part time?
    Thanks in anticipation,
    Alto

If you were still on full pay, you are paid full pay.

If you've dropped to half pay, I'm not sure.

  4. Experience of others that have done this, once you have started a phased return you are paid fulltime and the days not working not counted as sick leave....

  5. I work in a school but not a teacher but guessing its probably the same although will it be in your contract? But for me...I will get full pay for actual days worked then sick pay for the other days
