Camille and the Sunflowers Year2

  1. Has anyone used this text for Literacy?
    I need to do a (sentence level) lesson in preperation for a longer written piece and am sadly stuck for ideas. As a previous writer said I am ready to cut off my ear and shoot myself in a corn field. Can anyone out there help me out?

    First thoughts that came to my mind was looking at contrasts. Sunflowers and Moonflowers (linking with when VG is painting the starts by candlelight). Using colours to describe moods.
