The other day having finished what I was doing I was sat with a cup of tea. Pippa junped on my knee, as she usually does when I do this. We both sat watching butterfies enjoy the last buddlea flowers. Never seemed to find the time to enjoy momemts like this brfore I retired. Perhaps I notice them more now!

It was the changing seasons for me. I walked up to the shops down a little lane and was so aware of the daily changes that had passed me by for years. After 6 years I think I still am aware of this but perhaps take that fact for granted more. It really is a different way of living.
