    I am this year delivering a new unit to engineering apprentices as part of the new trailblazer standards.
    If anyone can give me any pointers or advice on where to find resources on this topic I would be grateful.
    I am delivering to level 2 engineering apprentices so I am looking for information that is not of too high a level to pitch too them. Business studies also is not my field so I need something that I can get my head round also.

    Examples of categories of work;
    • Value added
    • No-value added
    • Waste

    Hi @crusader62

    The City and Guilds web site has a course they offer at Level 2. I have highlighted in red some areas that I think you should be able to get to grips with fairly quickly, even if you have limited experience in business, and you should be able to locate some resources on the net you could use to illustrate the key points.
