Just trying to navigate my way through the various Bursary options/routes for a family member. They have a 2:1 in Psychology in Education and an MSc in Psychology. They currently have 2 years experience as a Learning Mentor working in 2 secondary schools, primarily in the Maths department. They are keen to move onto a PGCE course (preferably school based) in Secondary Mathematics. Their degree and masters was very Statistics heavy and they got A's at GCSE in Maths and Stats. They did not do A level maths. Is this going to be a limiting factor to accessing any bursaries as they try to move down a PGCE/SKE route?
