Bullying of teachers seems as endemic as ever...

This is a recurrent theme over the past several years at least and there seem to have been innumerable calls for an effective campaign against bullying. Have any been introduced, and if so have any been particularly effective?

No effective campaigns. Unions generally advise you to leave or take a compromise agreement / gagging agreement. They are VERY reticent to go to tribunal, possibly due to costs.

Perhaps the new NEU union will have the clout and cojones to do something.

Having been a victim I'd welcome and fully support an anti bullying of teachers campaign.
