Bullying of adults in schools

Discussion in 'Personal' started by margaretpritchard, May 29, 2012.

  1. Hey, everyone. After experiencing bullying as a teacher, and hearing of many other similar situations, I've put together a short survey: http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/75NRY6L
If I have a large enough sample size, I plan to send the information to the NUT and NASUWT, as well as to the MPs both of where I live and where I now work.
Please share your experiences. Thank you.

    Margaret

Done, but you didn't includemakingnasty comments to pupils eg 'What does she want now', I was asked by a pupil I'd sent with a query, 'Why doesn't $$$$$$ like you?'

Done it. Please, pretty please do a post with the findings. Should be an interesting read or cry! The unions say they will do this and that, but never do.

  15. Done. Some of the incidents that were revealed last year about the treatment of some of my colleagues was digusting. The person responsible is no longer working at school now thankfully.

You could try putting this on workplace dilemmas and health and wellbeing too.
