Discussion in 'Computing and ICT' started by mrsd4ict, Jan 23, 2011.

  1. I am about to start o this unit with some As students.
Is anyone else delivering this? I am finding the Edexcel resources a little vague!
Any help on how to teach VB express or ideas for simple programs welcomed...

  3. I've never taught event driven programming.
How about starting off by contrasting the polling version versus the event version.
Then have a VB app which has a simple component which makes an effect of some/sort, video or sound, and get them linking up buttons and the components ?

  4. I am teaching this for this first time. Any help with setting the assignment or an example assignment?
