My question is this, do students actually have to perform during the live event that they are planning or is it ok to just plan, prepare and generally put on the event.
I've been through the spec many times and although it seems to hint towards the fact that they do, it doesn't actually seem to say one way or the other.
Any advice would be much appreciated.
    Thanks
