I did have a recipe for brussels sprout curry!!
Was that for eating or fuelling a rocket into space?
The after effects are too scary to think about

One diner has fallen asleep and the blonde *****, on hearing the main course was trout with garlic and ginger said 'oh, I love garlic but I do hope trout isn't anything fishy'
Brussels sprout and horseradish pâté recipe Emma knocks up her favourite pâté recipe on Come Dine With Me Cardiff
225g Brussels sprouts
75g crustless white bread
1 small clove garlic, crushed
50g soft cheese
1 scant tsp horseradish
5 tbsp sunflower oil
</u>Small slices of toasted bread
Dressed rocket salad
<ol>[*]Trim the sprouts and boil in salted water for 5-10 minutes, or until tender but still bright green. [*]Dip the bread in cold water, then squeeze and place in a food processor with the sprouts, bread, garlic, cheese, horseradish, oil and plenty of salt and pepper. [*]Blitz until smooth then refrigerate for 30-40 minutes. [*]Scoop the pate into quenelles or neat bite sized balls and serve with the toasts, a little dressed salad and a sprinkling of paprika. </ol>

Yes, I make a "proper" Pithiviers from time to time - didn't fancy the idea of a mixed game pithiviers though!

As do I, I love Brussels sprouts - have fab recipe for Brussel sprouts crumbles (might get out of freezer for tomorrow's supper...)
