You love them or you hate them.

I ordered 10 online with my shopping last week from Mr J Sainsbury, and despite the news that they are as large as golf balls this year, these are more like marbles.

    Chuck or be green?

Oh still, the Russian has got a job, and not in sprout marketing. Could make a Russian salad I guess, with a bit of red onion and that, and a few nuts.

Why, in the name of sweet baby Jesus, are you buying your veg NOW?
Gerra bag of frozen sprouts - simmer for 5 minutes then fry in butter until golden with bacon and chestnuts.

I like 'em. A puppy is not just for Christmas, or is it?

    Who's "the Russian"?

That would be my daughter in law.

Were we supposed to know that? "The Russian" seems like a very dismissive way to refer to a family member.

We talk in French, although we are fluent in several languages in our family. Well some of us are. We just like to stretch ourselves, and not rely on English. Brussels has to congratulate itself.

Yep. Those of us who follow fellto/blue's posts know about The Russian. And The Egg.

We are thinking of forming our own NATO. After all, we have a semi German, French, Italian, Russian, and of course, British.

I knew that. It has been well documented by bluelemonade in her other guise as felltogroundinberkeleysquare
