Books for a day of supply teaching

Discussion in 'Supply teaching' started by mrsupplyteacher, Aug 28, 2015.

  1. What books do you have on a day of supply teaching? Do you have them for lessons or do you read them at break and lunch time while drinking a lovely warm drink? I have The Works poetry book for the classroom and to read for a little chuckle. I would recommend having Horrible Geography and Horrible Histories books as they are informative and amusing.

I teach in secondary so do not tend to carry books since I don't know what ages I might be teaching.

If I had my own classroom and had a class library I would definitely have Horrible Geography and History books in it.
