    HI Geekie, yes copyright has crossed my mind, but as this seems to be a problem with the original software that we have purchased, maybe I could contact them direct instead?

    Yes, definitely refer to your provider. You've paid for something that doesn't work so they need to sort it out for you. It's illegal to use another school's copy of Boardworks in your school. I know this from experience (not from something I've done, I hasten to add)
