Would be a big list but pick your top 5 or 10 either living or dead.

in no particular order...And I’m. It including Churchill because he returned to the fold eventually.

1 Gang of 4 Sdp lot
    2 Ramsay MacDonald
    3 Reg Prentice
    4 Oswald Moseley
5 the lot who broke away from labour recently... Mike gapes and Chris Leslie et al

What abut those Tories in the ERG?;) Betrayed their PM and an electorate that voted 52:48 (despite Russian interference and Vote Leave lies)...

Who did they betray? They never left though did they.

They forced out their leader (whom they'd all supported in the 2017 GE) and are forcing the country into a 100:0 Brexit. Hang the lot of them!

Fair enough but they’ve always thought that way? I agree they don’t really have many principles and I wouldn’t do the proverbial urination if they were on fire but is it the same as the above?

Arguably more damaging to the UK!

Vidkun Quisling. He even got to be a noun.

His name even sounds like a character who would betray his own side. Reminds me of Grima Wormtongue.
He seems to be the archetype of political betrayal.
I wonder if Pétain has a similar status?

Of course and Petain and a frw like him.

would Halifax have been the greatest of them all had he become PM?

I don't think so, because his agenda was always appeasement?

"Change UK #TIG" were pretty funny, low impact enough to probably not make the list.

Lord Halifax in the 2 WWwar was sent to America because he was someone who wanted to do a deal with Hitler and a thorn in the government's side,' He was indeed powerful but deluded in my opinion,

I am certainly no Blairite but is he A traitor? Tory lite and not a socialist yes but I wouldn’t stretch to calling him a traitor.

    I'm a little tongue-in-check here but...

He sent many young men to their deaths without good cause.

He now earns £6000.00 a minute for giving lectures.

That's pretty far from Labour party values.

If you put Roy Jenkins and Shirley Williams in there (both of which I liked) I think Blair can be in there too.

Diane Abbot sending her kid to a private school while advocating state education for everyone else?

Not worthy of the word traitor though. Hypocrite yes.

I am still mystified why this vicious campaign against Dianne continues...

Up to you but not the same thing.

jenkins and Williams used people to get into power then dumped them.

Blair’s policy in Iraq was wrong and disastrous but doesn’t make him a traitor. A war criminal maybe.
