Best format for keeping a log/diary of teaching and observations

    Like you, I was keen to use my experiences as a TA when doing my GTP. I invested a lot of time in documenting everything, to then find that my EBITT will only accept evidence from the actual training year.I wouldn't spend too much time worrying about your experiences now...you can reflect on them yes, but your time as a teacher will be a lot different, with a different opinion about things.
