I have received less money this month and I don't know why.

There are no extra deductions in the deductions column and everything else (tax code, rate, pay scale, salary etc.) is all the same.

The only difference is the amount that is written in the "payments" section. This is about £100 less. I have just started maternity leave (but get 100% pay for 4 weeks, so this shouldn't matter) and received my payslip in the post this morning - annoyingly when I can't contact anyone about it!

Does anybody know why this could be? Or has it got to be an error?

You can contact someone about it - call your school's HR or payroll and ask them why the discrepancy. The quicker this is sorted the better.

    Telephone payroll and ask them.
None of us could possibly know.

Ring and ask your payroll tomorrow?
