Bank holidays and part-time work - pro-rata leave entitlement?

    I don't work Mondays. Am I entitled to some time off in lieue?

    I don't work Mondays but have told I am not allowed time off in lieu for bank holidays. Mainly because the amount of holidays I have off for other times of the year is in excess of the statutory minimum.
    Most of the bank holidays fall on half terms and during holidays for me anyway.
