new head just been appointed - she has started "back to work
interviews" (never had one before) even if off for one day - how much info is it necessary to
divulge? - is it ok to say "i was ill - unfit for work - and now i am
feeling well again" am i entitled to my privacy? - also who should
conduct this interview ?- we have a supply deputy and a supply
assistant deputy who are also involved in these interviews- i am loathe
to discuss personal details with supply staff
also if sent for an occupational health appt how much is confidential - can i ask that my own GP conducts the examination?
