    If that article is accurately reporting the findings he would appear to have a case to answer for false accounting but the cynic in me thinks that if there is any investigation it won't get past the CPS.

    Yes. He should be made to pay the money back. He left some those schools in an awful mess. Disgusting excuse for a head teacher.

    He got that fancy sanitary ware with the floral designs and sturdy porcelain base. And a hanging garden. With a duck house. And a dovecote. In a pretty cottage garden setting.
