Assistant DIrector of Sixth - TLR?

    I wonder if it is possible to advise what views are on what ought to be the likely remuneration for the above post. It is an internal role, within a very large and successful 6th form, where there is one director of and 3 assistant director of roles, one of which is the vacancy.
    I presume it is a TLR payment, but at what level would this come in? I am very clear on head of subject payments but can find less evidence for how these types of roles are rewarded.

    Presume nothing - There are many examples of teachers undertaking remarkable levels of responsibility without any renumeration.
    Schools set their own structures so similar roles in different schools can vary greatly in terms of salary.
