    Hi all

I use B Squared small steps at my school to assess.

When doing an activity if I give them the activity and they complete with no support I feel they have instantly achieved it (if I repeat the activity in other subjects independently or a few times with different examples and give no support within one session)

My manager says this is not acceptable and have to repeat the same session 3 times to tick it off (and will take my assessment ticks away online)

I feel this is a waste of time and hinders progress.

    What do you all think?
