Do you formally assess subjects in a summative way which is recorded as data, such as art and dt?

If so what format do you use and is it useful?

Foundation subjects are assessed twice a year (this was going off of advice we were given).
We basically use an equivalent of a 'Rainbow tracking grid'.

Thank you, who have you that advice?

A teacher assessment after each block is adequate, using 3 objectives drawn from the block and assessed as either: below, expected or above. We use a coloured tracking grid: red, amber, green.

Subject associations are good for this. Historical and Geographical ones in particular.
