assessment and progress in reading sheet

    I have just been given this to complete over the easter holiday-well i think its the same one. it has the DM first then the ELG and then goes on to WTL1 etc and has AFL1-7.
    If it is the same one, if children havent yet reached ELG can we still complete it?

    Whats this sheet then? Dont think we have seen it at our school? Is it a new National Sheet?? Do you have a link?
