is it assertive to the teacher or child
oh I'd so love to be assertive......im a wimp really!
  5. We took this on over a year ago now and it has really improved the way we involve the children in target setting and understanding how what they do impacts on their own progress.
We use the Big Maths system really effectively and I really value the one to one time it gives me with my pupils every term. It took a lot of hard work to set it up BUT it does reduce other workloads - we don't do APP other than what we evidence through the system.
Hope you get on with it OK.
  6. id like to hear more about what you do

  7. If you message me your email I will drop you a line. Much easier than trying to summarise here.
