Can anyone recommend a good book or website for assembly ideas that will fit into 15-20 minutes, be fun and possibly interactive (our kids are all BESD so need entertaining!) and are not massively religious or too subtle?! I'm running assembly every Friday for lower school (Y2-8) and Monday for Upper school (Y9-14) on the same theme but am struggling to find a good 'go-to' resource that isn't religion based or impossibly detailed. I can't use powerpoints either as we don't have a screen in the hall and most online resources are powerpoint based. Amazon have hundreds of books but I don't know where to start and could end up paying £20 for a book that is no use to me!

    Please help!

Simply google 'assembly ideas for primary and secondary' and you will get loads of info.:)
