As a headteacher, what is the number one thing you care about and why?

    Looking at some of the vitriolic comments made towards those who dare to express a different opinion, especially in Workplace dilemmas, is it any wonder that HTs don't bother expressing an opinion or making comments?

    I think always think this is a good questions to ask at interview….

    Rank the following in order of importance citing your reasons: Children, staff, parents, governors.

    If I write a jokey comment that's my choice. Just occasionally even us evil headteachers like to smile (in between working out how to get rid of those pesky, expensive UPS teachers of course...).
