Artist study for year 6

Discussion in 'Primary' started by blackpurse, Jan 2, 2011.

  1. The children in my current class are very good artists. I think they would really enjoy studying a artist in more detail. In the past, with year 5, we've studied William Morris which worked well. What other artists could we study?

  2. Thank you for the websites. I’ve chosen Wassily Kandinsky. We are going to explore colour mixing, complimentary colours and tone as well as line and shape linked to numeracy.
