    Hi

I've been teaching mixed ability for a while now and have for the most part enjoyed the challenges.

When I taught teaching the area of a rectangle is struck me how much it could be differentiated for all students. Less able kids can count the squares, core ability and find the product of length and width and more able could use algebraic lengths.

Anyway, I decided to write a blog about it.

Please do check it out. Comments are always welcome.

    Thanks
    Jonathan
