Does anyone have any suggestions for what I could do for these LO's:

Understand the difference between liquid volume, including capacity and solid volume.
    Estimate and calculate volume

    1) ask them what units relate to liquids and to solids.Match up activity: jug of water, bottle of liquid, jar of sweets, block of bricks etc.

    2) have a cuboid drawn and labelled with dimensions, have the students draw lines to 'split' the faces up into the amount of squares that would be seen, what's the relationship?
Some people would disagree but I feel that before they can estimate, they need to know how to do it.
