What are you doing on the financial side, if students suddenly cancelled after GCSEs were cancelled?

Some of my students are continuing, but one mother emailed me to say she was putting the lessons "on hold" until things were clearer. They had paid in advance for a few more lessons. They haven't actually asked for money back, but I do accept it is exceptional circumstances, so think the right thing might be to offer....?

    Any thoughts?

I have refunded all my yr 11 and 13 fees and cancelled all tuition for these students. With the exam not going ahead i doubt students/parents would continue

Thank you for these replies. They said they would be in touch, but I think I will contact them to check, and mention refunding.
