Are there ANY men in your primary school?

Discussion in 'Primary' started by rkhalsa, Jan 25, 2011.

  1. thanks!
  2. I'm the only male in a staff of 43, and I love it.

? Want you to make me feel, like I'm the only boy in the world ?

I work in a middle school, we have a fairly healthy ratio teacher wise about 8 in 20. Only one male member of support staff though.

Three in our school, four including the caretaker. Single form entry.

    Two form entry school

    Male head
    Two male teachers
    Two male TAs

However, as I'm so manly I should count double.

    2 form entry:-
    Lower KS2 co-ordinator
  7. 3 of us out of about 50.
I find it depressing really. I would really like to have more male friends but that's not really an option in primary.
I Would really like to work in a school with a 50:50 balance.
  8. None. Not one. Unless you count the janitor who generally is hidden away and can't be found . . .
Would be great to have a better mix

Out of the 14 teaching staff, 5 are male (including myself) in our school on the Wirral.
