Are GTP Students eligible for a student railcard?

Discussion in 'Trainee and student teachers' started by Stafford1982, Dec 18, 2010.

  1. Hi there,

I was wondering if any GTP students have a student railcard.

As my course is deemed as full time, I have received my council tax discount so I assume I am eligible to apply for a railcard.

    Many thanks

And paid a salary, too. You are therefore not classed as a full-time student.
  3. I certainly wasn't expecting to be eligible for Council Tax reductions but my Uni provided a letter to everyone on our GTP course so we all have received reductions.
