  1. There is nothing wrong with softwood. take at look at commerical BBs, they use softwood, but don't treat with toxic finishes. Email the RSPB if you nee dhelp re wood finishes & BBs
    Plus you need to asking why is your Dept budget so small? We work on around £200 per pupil lesson in week. So a year 7 class gets £400.00 for us to teach 20 students for 2 hours a week for 39 weeks or £2.50 each & every lesson. As we have 14 groups per year group, this adds up
    this figure is an national suggestion by HMG, or so my deputy head says. Similar to science a w ae both practical users of stuff
