AQA GCSE - GLH

Discussion in 'Drama and performing arts' started by saggi nag, Jan 30, 2011.

  1. Hi,
I'm publicising AQA GCSE Perf Arts to my Y9s shortly but I can't see reference to the guided learning hours for the Single and Double Award.

My students will have 3 lessons per week over 2 years and I want to know if the Double Award (4 units) is OK? My instinct is that the Single Award (2 units) would seem too slow paced over 2 years?
We're new to Perf Arts and are hoping to gain enthusiasm from the many students that we seem to miss out on.
Many thanks for any help - and any advice would be greatly appreciated.
