Well, I just don't know what to think about today's exam; I've had a mixed reaction from the students too. When my class told me it was 'Letters from France', I've got to be honest and say that my heart dropped but after looking at the question/extracts there was plenty to write about. Strange choice of extracts for Frankenstein but the questions were, again, accessible. Anyone else feeling the same?

Yes mixed reaction - questions were not worded as we had anticipated which threw many of our students; we expected a character question or a theme on the prose but the poetry seemed okay.
