    Hi everyone,
I am quite confused.I had applied for permanent position but was offered one year contract.Reason given was structural changes in the school. When I enquired further I was told that if they are happy with me my contract can be renewed.Although I have said yes but feeling a bit uncomfortable.
Can anyone please advise.I have not sighned the contract yet.
What is the total salary which go into the bank.is it as mentioned in the contract i.e M1/M2..etc or is it less or more than that?
I am in desperate need of help as I have to sign the contract this weekend.
    Thanks
