Application requesting for a photograph

Discussion in 'Jobseekers' started by sirfeb2012, Feb 13, 2012.

  1. Submitted an application and the 2 referees requested on the closing date which was the 31 January 2012. I just discovered that I didn't include my photograph with the application (which was also required), after closing date of application though they had indicated that shortlisting will begin mid-February 2012.

    Which one to choose from;

    (a) passport photo

    (b) graduation photo

    (c) photo while skiing or mountain climbing?

    If I submit today, how will this affect my chances?

    Is this for a post in a school in the UK?
    Asking for a photo?
    This is a big No-No!
    Best wishes

    I do Application and Interview one-to-ones, and also contribute to the Job Application Seminars. We look at application letters, executive summaries and interviews, with practical exercises that people really appreciate.
    I shall be doing the Win That Teaching Job seminar on Saturday February 25th, and also the Moving into Headship or SLT seminar on Saturday 18th February (Although I believe that this is now full)
