    Hi all,

I've been asked to run a change 4 life style club (after school) aimed at the children who are under achieving in P.E or who don't have many opportunities outside of school. I only have 4 in the club at the moment and they are KS1. Has anyone got any ideas of what we could do?

The first session we did unusual fruit tasting and then made a banana yoghurt dip to eat with the fruits.

    Thanks in advance,

    Jo x

    Hi
I do, it's mainly with KS1 children. We have collaged healthy plates, made healthy pizzas, smoothies and tasted different fruits and used geeky bags with fruit and veg. We always do 15 mins of Zumba - using the videos from GoNoodle and sometimes do circuit type activities.
Chd always enjoy it, I find 45 mins is enough for the club.

I'm loving the Zumba on GoNoodle, thank you!
