Anyone know of a book banding guide?

Hi. I haven't taught in the UK for a number of years, but when I was teaching there we used Cliff Moon's invaluable publications on individualized reading to tell us which book band to put various 'real' books in. I am looking for a similar up-to-date resource now, with no success. Does anyone know of a publication/list which shows which band real books written in English fit into? Thanks a lot!
