Any tips?

Discussion in 'Supply teaching' started by gmmomk, Mar 20, 2012.

  1. Hi,

I am an NQT who has completed 2 terms of my induction year. The school said I was in danger of failing and suggested I left, so I have.

Now I am really unsure what to do. The school has completely knocked my confidence in teaching and I don't know if supply will help me build that up again.

There are so many supply agencies to choose from too! Does anyone have any tips for where to start? Or if this is actually a good idea?!

    Thanks :)
