Any book recommendations?

I'm an avid reader, but aside from my training days, I have read very few books related to the teaching profession. I'm looking for recommendations of books you feel have impacted the way you teach.

My role in school may be changing soon, so I'm interested in any books about continuous provision, or developing writing across the school.

    Any recommendations?

From my own training days I'd say Cremin (Google it - can't remember the title but it was focused on teaching in primary). I don't have experience in continuous provision bit on the literacy side I'd say read Michael Morpurgo, Quentin Blake, Anthony Horowitz etc
