Any advice on my interview lesson would be greatly appreciated. :0)

    The lesson sounds great! The map sounds like a fantastic idea and the children will love it. IF you have an IWB to use during the lesson use it, (in my experience it earns you brownie points and they will nearly always ask a question during you actual intervie on ICT in the classroom and you can draw on that.) I know its only a short lesson but have you considered dressing up, i did it for an interview and the children loved it. Even a pirate hat and a parrot would add some awe and wonder in the children. :)
    Be aware of any children that are SEN that they might give you and be prepared for them anyways, e.g. larger pieces of cards sound cards/prompts to help with writing.
