Analytics Scetion on Author Dashboard not Working

    Numerous post before today have mentioned that the analytics section is not working correctly.
    The engineers have said it is or should be but it isn't for me and by the looks of it I'm not the only one.
    Can it be fixed please?

    We have again checked with our engineers who have advised us that the analytics does appear to be working correctly. For any individual cases please email our Customer Services team on authors@tes.com and they will do their best to assist you. Thanks

    Have just checked my Analytics section and all working ok. Am on the Desktop TES site - not sure if that makes a difference?

    Mine is still not working and I have already emailed authors@tes.

    Are you able to see all your downloads, sales etc for one day, one week and so on?
