An interesting day surifng YouTube

    I can't recall where I began, but part of my surf located some interesting videos from Japan where found familiar foods being cooked in diferent ways to that I'm familiar with. You need dffferent utensils to thouse you're likely to have if you wish to attempt them with, however,
    Here's a Japanese omelette:

    And here is a version of a Japanese Yorrkshire pud with an octopus filling.

    And here's a Japanese version of an apple pie that's not so dissimilar from what you might bake, but how simple is it to make the puff pastey?
