    I love this idea as much as I love your recipie ...with all those excellent tips on how to only half cook it
    Sounds absolutely delicious and because it's half term I can practice this ...well in-between sorting out my kids activities!

    Today I'm slow cooking ribs in my Crockpot with BBQ sauce. Should be done in 8hra it so :)

    Ummm ! Yummy. .. probably taste better this way. ..slow cooking does have its advantages.

    My Crockpot was the best investment we ever made. We love it so much we just bought two small ones to take to work!!

    Sounds like it's time for CCTV in all of your classrooms and corridors. Sorry - this doesn't help you much, but it would help put a stop to the nonsense.

    No I mean to actually sit down and have a proper healthy meal at school rather than a sandwich you don't really want to eat. I might invest in one of those Tesco Slow cook pots .

    Feeling bleurgh today. Not horrendously so, but enough to be unpleasant.

    I take meds for anx/dep and lately the 'proper' brand has been taken off the prescription list at my GP.

    I now have to accept generic versions, and not always the same generic each time, so keep going through adverse side effects.

    Anx/dep keeps breaking through. Might have to go back to the GP and discuss the issue.
