all a bit hypothetical really!

  1. I thought that threshold was based on performance management reviews and that there was no application any more? It should be that as longs as your performance management review goes well then you should go onto the UPS.

    Not sure it answers your question about moving on, but it does state it is the head's decision, not the governors'.
    Have a read - but perhaps one of the other unions has advice specific to your question. Your own union rep might know.
