ooh sounds good, thank you x
How about magpie-ing to help those with less vocabulary in their story writing? Show a photo on the whiteboard of a setting. Children have one minute to quickwrite as many adjectives for the setting as they can. They then magpie by finding a talk partner, looking at their partner's list and copying down their partner's best word onto their own whiteboard. Magpie two or three times and each child has a reasonable vocabulary bank on their whiteboard to take with them to their writing.
My kids love it!
sounds good too!
