I work as a music specialist across four schools. HR have told me that I am working a 34.8 hour week. I am over the class contact time (I am class committed for 22.75 hours), I travel and eat my lunch whilst driving two days a week and my McCrone time is mostly made up of 5 minutes here and there. I can accept these things but not if I am being paid for less than a 35 hour week. It is a very small short-fall but I am angry about it as I feel I am being unfairly penalised as an itinerant teacher. Any advice about what to do now?

    Hullo @alisharp

This is not a general help forum, but just a forum for help with forums, if you see what i mean!

Your query would have a better chance of gaining a reply if you re-post it in the
Workplace dilemmas forum, if it is an England query, or in one of the Scotland forums.
