Advice on finding a teaching job in South America - particularly Argentina

Discussion in 'Teaching abroad' started by paulwilko, Feb 23, 2012.

  1. Hi there,

Am very keen on teaching abroad and think S. America would be a good place - esp. Argentina. Does anyone have any advice on how to go about selecting a school?

    Any/all help appreciated!
    Thanks in advance.

    BuenDia, Pablo.
Congratulations on your choice of country, che.
There are good and bad schools in wonderful, unforgettable Argylandia, as there are everywhere.
They are all in the capital city which may not be your cup of tea but as Dr Johnson said, when a man is tired of Buenos Aires, he is tired of life.
I can't offer more specific information, because it's been a long time now - but you might try to PM penarol, a slumbering giant on this forum who sometimes looks in with wise words about South American matters.
