I retired from teaching in July this year. My school are now asking me to speak to my successor about my subject leaders roles. What should I do? Thanks

You don't have to do anything, but if they wish to pay you to come in and act as a consultant for a few days, why not. What do consultants earn? I suggest you ask for at least £500 a day.
It will be a nice little bonus for Christmas.
